Activist investor Jeffrey Ubben, founder of the globally leading hedge fund ValueAct Capital, has develop the firm's strategy: "Changing companies from the inside." Prior to establishing ValueAct in 2000, Ubben worked at Blum Capital Partners for more than five years as Managing Partner. He also spent 8 years at Fidelity Investments where he administered the Fidelity Value Fund. The Fidelity Value Fund had $4.5 billion when Ubben retired from the firm.
