John Peter Hussman is an American stock market analyst and hedge fund owner. He was formerly a Professor of Economics and International Finance at University of Michigan, and later on founded Hussman Strategic Advisors. John is cited for his strong quantitative approach to macro-investing. Furthermore, he set up Hussman Foundation in 2004 which attempts to “provide life-changing assistance through medical research, education, and direct aid to vulnerable populations having urgent needs or significant disabilities.”
