Larry Williams
Larry Richard Williams is an American author, stock and commodity trader, a politician from the state of Montana. He sponsored Initiative 86, which made Montana the first state to index tax brackets for inflation. He has created numerous market indicators, including COT indices, Williams %R, Ultimate Oscillator, value measurements for commodity prices, cycle forecasts, market sentiment, and accumulation/distribution indicators. Williams is the author of 11 books, most on stocks and commodity trading.
