Nick Halaris

Nick Halaris is an independent investor, a serial entrepreneur, and the President of Metros Capital, a real estate firm founded in 2015. He believes strongly in activist investing and is committed to his system for creating value through leadership. He started investing in real estate in 2010 and since then, Halaris has invested more than $125M in distressed residential and multifamily assets—buying, rehabilitating, and selling foreclosures, and developing a high-rise tower in Los Angeles. Halaris also purchased a large portfolio of distressed multi-family units throughout the Southeast after the 2008 recession.
