Wendy Battleson

Wendy Battleson is the Co-Founder and Principal of Art Strategy Partners that provides transactional art advisory services. She is also a Partner at Sanborn+Battleson LLP, a boutique law firm that advises affluent families on tax-efficient structures, transactions, and art-related matters. Battleson is a former executive at Christie’s, where she developed strategies and dealt with structures of $3 billion in annual global art transactions. She actively does public speaking on the fields of art financing, guarantees, advances, auction default swaps, and the art market, generally, and has been a visiting faculty member in Art, Business, and Law at Christie’s Education.
